Word & Brown Launches Smarter Search in Forms & Docs

Word & Brown has released an upgrade to the Forms & Docs search tool on wordandbrown.com, giving brokers a faster, more intuitive way to find what they need.

The updated tool scans the content of each PDF – not just file titles – delivering more complete and relevant search results. The upgrade is designed to save time and provide greater accuracy during the busiest times of the year.

The new search has launched in beta, giving users the opportunity to explore the enhanced tool while still having access to the current version. Feedback collected during this beta phase will help fine-tune the experience before a full rollout in Q1 2026.

Helpful Hint: How to Get the Best Results
To make the most of the new search tool:

  • Search first, then filter. If you know what you’re looking for, type it directly into the search bar.
  • Use long-tail keywords for better results. For example, instead of typing “enrollment” or “kit,” try “Enrollment Kit Anthem Blue Cross” – it should appear right at the top of your results.
  • Click the eye icon to preview the document before downloading. This lets you confirm you’ve found the right resource before saving it to your device.

The smarter search tool is available now at Forms & Docs, with the option to test drive the beta version.
Try it today and see how much easier it is to find exactly what you need — especially as we head into Q4.
