Under federal and state law, Certified Insurance Agents (CIAs) are required to offer Covered California consumers assistance with registering to vote. In order to help agents satisfy this requirement, Covered California will be sending CIAs mandatory voter registration training to review and complete electronically before November 15, 2014. Watch for an e-mail this week to come from DocuSign on behalf of Covered California. In the DocuSign e-mail, CIAs will receive the voter registration training material and instructions for electronically sending Covered California a certificate of completion. Task guides will also be provided for your use and convenient reference. When available, CIAs should be able to find more information on the CIA section at www.coveredca.com.
